What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive high-resolution, print-ready PDF files (CMYK, bleed included), along with source files (AI) and JPEG previews for easy review.
What's your refund policy?
I always aim for 100% satisfaction. If the initial concept doesn’t align with your vision and no further revisions are requested, I’m happy to offer a full or partial refund depending on the progress made. Communication is key—I’ll always do my best to make things right.
What types of designs do you offer?
I specialize in trade show booth backdrops, roll-up banners, hanging signs, pop-up displays, podium wraps, and event branding graphics.
How fast is the turnaround?
It depends on project size, but typically I deliver the first draft within 2–4 days. Express options are also available if needed!
